What surfaces can bouncy castles be set up on?
For outdoor bouncy castle hire, inflatables must be set up on grass so they can be safely secured with ground stakes.
For indoor hires, castles can be installed in:

• Sports halls
• Large indoor venues
We provide safety mats and secure setup for all hires.
How much space do I need for a bouncy castle?
Each inflatable requires additional space for safety mats, the blower fan and safe access.

How long is the hire period?
Our standard bouncy castle hire is for the full day, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the inflatable during your event.
We deliver in the morning and collect later in the day unless otherwise arranged.
What happens if it rains?
Most of our inflatables are suitable for light showers, however heavy rain or strong winds may require the inflatable to be packed away for safety.
If severe weather is forecast, we will contact you to discuss options such as rescheduling your booking.

Yes. Many of our inflatables are low-height H-frame castles, which are perfect for indoor venues such as halls with lower ceilings.

Do you clean your inflatables?
Yes. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before each hire to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for all customers.
Do you provide safety mats?
Yes. Safety mats are included with every hire and are placed at the entrance of the inflatable for extra protection.
Can adults use the bouncy castles?
Most of our inflatables are designed for Children and Adult use. Some of our castles are children only. We do have Adult Castles here, if you are not sure please Contact Us to check availability.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and summer months, as popular inflatables can book up quickly.
